As a business manager at Havator, you will be a key person in our continued growth in Region Mitt - with a focus on Umeå, Sundsvall and Örnsköldsvik. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing long-term customer relationships, mainly in the industrial and construction sectors. You are active with our customers and drive the entire sales process from first contact and needs analysis to quotation, negotiation and agreement, as well as start-up and follow-up of assignments.
You have a central role in identifying business opportunities, building trust and ensuring that we deliver solutions that create value for the customer. The work involves costing and quotation work, business intelligence and close collaboration with our operational teams. You will also be involved in developing our services and working methods to best meet customer needs. Here you get to be involved throughout the customer journey - something that is appreciated both internally and by our customers.
We are looking for you who have a strong business drive and who thrive in a customer-oriented role with great personal responsibility. You are a relationship builder who is used to working independently, but who also collaborates unpretentiously with colleagues and customers to achieve common goals.
You have previous sales experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector, and feel confident in handling complex business from start to finish. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have good computer skills, including working in the Office package and CRM systems.
If you also have experience of industrial projects or work with various technical solutions, we see that as a big plus - but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, drive and a desire to contribute to our success.
