About the role

As a salesperson at DHL, you will be a key person in creating long-term customer relationships and developing our business in Norrbotten County. You will have the opportunity to represent a strong brand with a wide range of services - and at the same time help our customers get the best transport solutions in Sweden and Europe.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Build relationships that make a difference: You will be the face of DHL Freight and create long-term relationships with our customers. Your commitment will contribute greatly to their success.
  • Finding new business opportunities: By identifying and approaching potential customers, you will contribute to our growth and development.
  • Customizing solutions: Listening and understanding customers' needs and offering tailor-made transport solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Work towards goals: You will have clear sales targets and enjoy competing and being innovative in your pursuit of goals.
  • Collaborate and inspire: Together with our customers and also by being part of and leading internal teams, you will ensure that DHL Freight delivers high and reliable quality and service.


About you



You are a person who listens, takes initiative and thrives when there is a lot going on around you. With your strong drive and courage to challenge yourself, you create results - both for yourself, the customer and DHL Freight. You plan and prioritize smartly, making things happen and using your time in the best way. You're motivated by building relationships, finding solutions and helping both you and your customers succeed.

We also believe you have:

  • Experience in sales, primarily in services
  • Experience in supporting other parts of the organization with support and solutions
  • High school diploma, post-secondary education is meritorious
  • Experience in the logistics industry and good knowledge of transport products is meritorious
  • Good knowledge of the MS office package, as well as used to working in CRM tools
  • Structure
  • Good language skills in Swedish as well as in English


The role reports to the Sales Manager. The position is a permanent position, probationary period applied, at 100% full time with access as soon as possible. Your location will be at our terminal in Luleå.
