Do you want to contribute to the development of good services for residents in the municipality? We are looking for a strategic and committed advisor to the municipal manager for society and strategy.

As an advisor, you will be a key support for the municipal manager and other managers in the municipal area in the work of planning, developing and following up services. You will contribute to strategic work, case preparation, analysis and coordination across disciplines.

You will have a key role in ensuring good interaction between strategic management and the professional environments. You will contribute to translating political goals and strategies into concrete measures, and be a driving force for the development and improvement of the municipality's services. The position requires the ability to see the big picture and connections, and to handle complex issues across departments. You will be an important resource in the work on innovation and digital transformation.

The position includes responsibility for portfolio management of the municipality's projects.

The position reports to the head of the municipality and has a professional location together with the service area strategy and development.

Tasks

-       Responsibility for portfolio management of the municipality's projects

-        Assist the municipal manager with strategic development work

-      Prepare basis for decisions and case presentations

-      Coordinate and follow up projects and measures

-          Contribute to analysis and reporting for the municipal area

-      Changes in work tasks must be expected

Qualifications

-          Socially relevant education at minimum bachelor's, preferably master's, level

-          Experience from one or more of these points is desirable:

o   Municipal case management

o   Strategic work

o   Project management and development work

o   Analytical work, investigations and case management
