In Østre Toten municipality, kindergarten is a separate service area under the municipal area of upbringing.
Nordli kindergarten is approved for 90 units divided into 4 departments. We are a total of 13 employees with different skills and experience. A good and safe working environment for all employees and a safe and good kindergarten environment for all children is something we work on continuously - hand in hand. Both are important for creating a culture of quality, safety, well-being, respect, mastery, diversity and inclusion. We need more skilled employees with good relationship skills and who have knowledge of - and take children's rights seriously.
Oliviabakken kindergarten is located in pleasant surroundings in Skreia. The kindergarten's local environment facilitates varied play, mastery and activity. We focus on children's best interests and a safe and good learning environment for all children. We are a kindergarten that is committed to facilitating children's development and well-being. Our employees are competent with a lot of experience from kindergarten.
Hoffsvangen kindergarten is a base kindergarten with space for 88 units - we are divided into two bases, with 1-2 year olds at Låven, and 3-6 year olds at Fjøset. We are 16 employees with a lot of expertise in the kindergarten field, and with long experience in the sector. At Hoffsvangen, we are constantly working to increase our expertise in important subject areas related to the kindergarten sector.

In Nordli kindergarten there is a vacant 100% temporary position from 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027 with the possibility of permanent employment and a 100% temporary position from 01.08.2026 to 30.07.2027. From 01.11.2026, an additional 40% permanent position is leased.In Hoffsvangen kindergarten there is a vacant 40% permanent position from 01.08.2026
In Oliviabakken kindergarten there is a vacant 60% temporary position in the period 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027.
