Place of work:

The municipal area for health and coping offers services that promote coping, independence, belonging and participation, and is organized into five service areas. Our work is anchored in the municipal plan's community section.

The night shift department serves service recipients in the home care service and the residents of all departments inside Labo. The position is primarily linked to work outside in the home care service, but it is expected that you can also work inside Labo if needed. Labo consists of four wards; two dementia wards, one long-term somatic ward and one short-term ward with KAD function. The position entails working every third weekend.

On the short-term ward, there are nurses on duty at all times who assist the entire night shift department when needed, and who have a shift leader function with delegated management responsibility for the department at night. Although night shift work requires independence and the ability to make good judgments on your own, you always have the opportunity to get assistance and consult with both nurses and other colleagues on duty.

We are looking for you who are confident in your own professionalism and competence, and who work just as well independently as in a team. You will work together with driven and professionally skilled colleagues, and become part of a brand new and future-oriented department that focuses on the right expertise in the right place at the right time. Your role will be important in this context, we need you who want to take care of our citizens, and think new in a time of much change.
