Building and Property is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and development of approximately 80,000 m2 of municipal buildings. The department is also responsible for the municipal properties and the road network.
The cleaning service is responsible for cleaning municipal buildings. The service is carried out by our own employed cleaners. As of today, we have more than 30 positions in cleaning, including manager, technical manager and supervisor.
We have many exciting and demanding tasks and challenges ahead. We work according to Insta800 and focus on the use of mechanical cleaning and minimal use of chemicals. We want to introduce digital solutions, so it will be an advantage to have basic computer skills.
Facts about the position:
We now have a vacant 90% position as a cleaner, currently working at Kapp school and Kapp kindergarten. We are therefore looking for a committed employee who has good expertise in the cleaning profession and who wants to keep up with the professional development. The tasks mainly consist of daily and periodic cleaning in accordance with INSTA800. Experience from the use of mechanical cleaning is a plus.
The person who is appointed must expect to serve at all buildings in the municipality. The person will be employed as a cleaner in the municipality, which means that the workplace can be changed if necessary.
When hiring, significant emphasis will be placed on personal suitability where we emphasize flexibility and willingness to cooperate.
Although the cleaning profession has been significantly improved in recent years in terms of ergonomics, it is still a physical profession, the applicant should therefore have good enough physics to be able to stand in such a profession over time.
