Are you the one?
Do you want to join in making the world a little better? We exist to create opportunities to live well and healthily now and for generations. Together with our employees, we want to challenge and change the food system, so that it strengthens our planet. And we want to make sustainability accessible to more people by being thought leaders and inspiring others.  That is why we invest wholeheartedly in sustainable solutions, now and in the future. Own wind power, electrification, train transport and sustainable raw materials are just a few examples. Sustainability also applies to you as an employee. Because in the same way that our business must be sustainable, you too must last for years to come. We offer a workplace that is fun, exciting, safe and challenging, where you can have a balance between work and leisure. We usually say we borrow you from your family. We are now looking for a quality engineer who wants to dive deep into everything to do with bread. You are responsible for developing product quality in close collaboration with our bakeries and sandwich production, by, among other things, following up on the quality situation and proposing improvement measures for process, raw materials and recipes. You are also responsible for developing and implementing chemical and microbiological sampling plans. The role also includes risk assessment and approving our raw materials. You contribute with expert competence in trademark legislation. With these assignments, you have an important role in our product quality work and contribute to developing our working methods. We would like you to have an engineering education or equivalent and experience from project management, work management and/or quality monitoring in the process or food industry. You have good IT skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing and adapt messages to different target groups. If you are also analytical, responsible and driven by constantly developing working methods to achieve results, while you like working with people and bread in all forms - then you will feel good with us! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact former Head of Quality and Development Sandra Widmark, 010-450 6109.  Does this sound interesting? Welcome with your application no later than July 28 via the link below.
