Are you the one? We are now looking for a quality engineer who wants to dive deep into everything that has to do with bread and processes.
You will be responsible for developing quality work in close cooperation with our bakeries and sandwich production, including monitoring the quality situation and proposing improvement measures for processes and raw materials. You are also responsible for developing and implementing chemical and microbiological sampling plans. The role also includes risk assessment and approval of our raw materials. With these tasks, you have an important role in our quality work and contribute to developing our working methods.
We expect you to have an engineering degree or equivalent, and preferably experience from quality monitoring in the process or food industry. If you have experience of coordinating or leading projects or improvement work, we see this as an advantage for the position. You have good IT skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing and adapt messages to different target groups. We consider it an advantage if you have expertise in trademark legislation.
