Är du den rätta?
We are now looking for a quality engineer who wants to dive deep into everything that has to do with bread and processes. What does the role of Quality Engineer look like? This is an exciting and challenging role for those who enjoy working closely with production, being out in the field and at the same time contributing to ensuring that our products are safe and of the highest quality. You analyze and monitor the quality situation, propose improvement measures, and lead investigations into complaints and quality projects. The role also includes risk assessment and approval of raw materials, development of sampling plans, HACCP work and internal audit. It is a varied role with both practical, analytical and administrative work. Who are you? We are looking for you who preferably have an engineering degree or university education with a focus on food, chemistry, environment or equivalent. We want you to have expertise in HACCP, food hygiene, food legislation or microbiology. It is an advantage if you have experience of labeling, environmental management systems or quality work in the process or food industry. Experience in certification according to GFSI standards, as well as work with associated quality management systems, is also advantageous. You are able to express yourself well in speech and writing and adapt messages to different audiences. You are positive, see solutions and get others on board. You have the ability to analyze while maintaining a holistic perspective. If you are driven by improving product quality and food safety, and you enjoy working with people and bread, you will thrive with us! The position is a permanent position. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Quality and Environment Manager Sandra Widmark, sandra.widmark@polarbrod.se or 010-450 6109. Does this sound interesting? Welcome with your application no later than February 4. Do you want to be part of making the world a little better? We exist to create opportunities to live well and healthily now and for generations to come. Together with our employees, we want to challenge and transform the food system, so that it strengthens our planet. That's why we are investing wholeheartedly in sustainable solutions, now and in the future. Own wind power, electrification, rail transportation and sustainable raw materials are just a few examples. Sustainability also applies to you as an employee. Because just as our business must be sustainable, you too must last for years to come. We offer a workplace that is fun, exciting, safe and challenging, where you can have a work-life balance. We like to say that we borrow you from your family.
