Polarbröd is in an exciting development phase and is now looking for a wholehearted, innovative and action-oriented production technician who wants to join us on the journey ahead. Your main task as a production technician will be to be responsible for and work with remedial and preventive maintenance, perform troubleshooting in our systems and liaise with our suppliers. You are expected to continuously work with continuous improvements when it comes to our production equipment and together with other functions find solutions that make our production line more efficient and quality assured. You participate in projects when implementing new products in our production line or when introducing new production equipment and new systems. As we are in a process of change, part of your role will also be to develop new working methods and methods as well as create structure and participate in the implementation of new systems and processes. To succeed in the role of production technician, you are structured and have a great interest in and good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance. The assignment involves many internal and external contacts and therefore your communicative and pedagogical skills are important. You are confident in training operators and implementing new technology, with new methods and working methods. Through your commitment and focus on continuous improvement, you help lead Polarbröd forward. You have technical training and experience, alternatively training in industrial maintenance. It is advantageous if you have experience with IT in a production environment and have worked with process and production optimization. We also look positively if you have experience of working with change work and processes within, for example, Lean. As a production technician, you report to the maintenance manager and the work style is daytime with rolling readiness and scheduled weekend work. The service is within the Union's contractual area.
