Polarbröd is investing in the future and has made major investments over the past year to maximize production capacity in the bakery in Bredbyn. We are developing technology, processes and working methods so that more people can enjoy our good bread. We are now looking for process operators for summer substitutes in Bredbyn. As a summer substitute in the process operator role, you are responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes after the production line and performing ongoing maintenance. You set up and adjust machines, conveyors and monitor the flow after the line. You are responsible for the quality of the products produced. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible and cooperative. Continuous improvement is a keyword. The scope of work is full-time and you will work shifts, where both night and day shifts are included in the schedule on a rolling basis. To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you are at least 18 years old and we would like you to have technical education at least at upper secondary level (preferably in the technology program, electrical & automation, industrial program, operating technician / process operator or equivalent) or technical experience from another equivalent industry. Technical education or equivalent experience is an advantage, but not a requirement for the position. Your commitment and ability to independently use digital tools in your work is a prerequisite for us to be able to deliver the best possible quality together. It is an advantage if you want to work during both vacation periods, that is, weeks 25-32. If you have not worked with us before, we would welcome the opportunity to start your employment earlier than week 25. We have very limited possibilities to grant holiday replacements time off during the holiday periods.
