Do you want to join in making the world a little better?
We exist to create opportunities to live well and healthily now and for generations. Together with our employees, we want to challenge and change the food system, so that it strengthens our planet. And we want to make sustainability accessible to more people by being thought leaders and inspiring others.
That is why we invest wholeheartedly in sustainable solutions, now and in the future. Own wind power, electrification, train transport and sustainable raw materials are just a few examples. Sustainability also applies to you as an employee. Because in the same way that our business must be sustainable, you too must last for years to come. We offer a workplace that is fun, exciting, safe and challenging, where you can have a balance between work and leisure. We usually say we borrow you from your family.
As an employee in the pool, you get the opportunity to try out several positions in production.
You and your competent colleagues cover both planned and unplanned absences, which means that we create safe and strong work teams. The pool is a new set-up and the team that starts up the pool will be involved in creating the structure for it together. The pool services suit you who appreciate a flexible way of working and are stimulated by working in different roles and in different departments.
Your role is process operator, which with us means that you are responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes along the production line as well as performing operator maintenance. You set up and adjust machines, trackwork and monitor the flow along the line. You are responsible for ensuring that the products produced are of perfect quality. As a process operator, you will work along the entire line and in the warehouse. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are flexible, self-motivated, take responsibility and collaborate well.
The scope of the work is full-time and you will work day, evening and night shifts depending on what the need in the business looks like. This means that you need to be prepared to jump in where you are needed. You get the opportunity to be involved and influence the scheduling within the pool team with the goal that the pool team together is helped to take into account your individual needs and wishes.
We are looking for you who have a technical education at least high school level (preferably in electricity & automation, industry or equivalent) or other technical education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience from another equivalent industry is also a possible background/meritorious.
If you have questions about the pool and its layout, please contact production manager Anette Moberg, email@example.com

Welcome with your application no later than March 3.
