As a process operator with us, you are responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes after the production line and performing operator maintenance. You set up and adjust machines, conveyors and monitor the flow after the line. You are responsible for the quality of the products produced. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible and cooperative. Continuous improvement is a keyword. We are looking for you who want to work extra with us. You will work together with friendly colleagues during 12-hour shifts, where both night and day shifts can occur. To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you are at least 18 years old. Your commitment and ability to independently use digital tools in your work is a prerequisite for us to be able to develop the workplace together. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
