For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- Has a technical university or university degree, alternatively education or experience that the employer deems equivalent
- Has good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Holds a B license

It is advantageous if you:
- Has previous experience as administrative manager IT/object manager IT
- Has experience in leading assignments and projects within IT
- Has interest and/or experience in medical technology

You get to work with this
The Unit for Healthcare and Medical Technology Systems is responsible for managing the IT systems and medical technology equipment that are used near healthcare. We have several management areas, including in emergency healthcare, patient monitoring and dental care.

Your duties as Administrative Manager IT include, among other things, that:
- Develop, anchor and follow up an administration plan together with the Administration Manager in the care operations
- Ensures implementation of management plan goals according to allocated budget
- Develop technical solutions to meet the needs of the care business
- Independently lead and plan management activities with assigned resources from other units (e.g. from Medical Technology, Infrastructure)
- Plan and coordinate investment, procurement and purchase of advanced medical technology products
- Administer and follow up agreements with external suppliers
- Work with continuous improvements and environmental monitoring linked to the administration area

Information about the service
The position is a permanent, full-time position. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
