We are looking for
We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and has a certain computer habit. It is advantageous if you are a trained assistant nurse and have experience of ward work. We also see it as meritorious if you have previous experience with the Lifecare communication tool.
We place great importance on personal characteristics. You are self-motivated, stable and structured. You also have a holistic view with both problem-solving skills and collaborative skills.
You get to work with this
You may work with various administrative tasks in a supporting function to the department. The tasks include personal meetings and telephone contacts and you must have a high level of service in all situations where a solution-focused approach is the basis. The business is patient-oriented and requires high stress tolerance. You have a good ability to create structure, switch between tasks and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
The role of administrator includes work in the communication tool Lifecare where you are also user support for other colleagues within the system, coordination based on the location of care in the department, overall role in the weekly schedule in the department, holding heart rate meetings in the department with nurses during shift changes, coordinating and booking sick trips for patients if necessary.

Full-time permanent position. Working hours are daytime. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
