Do you want to be involved in developing inpatient care for our children and young people? Then apply to us! In department 45, we want to continue to build a person-centred way of working and offer a high level of competence for the patient's needs, as well as emphasize the application of evidence-based guidelines and care programs. With us, space for conversations with patients and relatives - nursing work - is a central role.

We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse and who has good knowledge of Swedish. It is advantageous if you have previous experience of working in child or adult psychiatry or other experience of working with children. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of the journal system VAS and knowledge of several languages.

We place great importance on personal characteristics. You are service-oriented, relationship-building and initiative-taking. You are also stable and have a holistic view that means you see the whole and take the larger perspective into account.

You get to work with this
For us, person-centred care is a matter of course. In the department, we work actively with the development of patient participation, care and nursing plans as well as concrete nursing measures. We care for patients in the acute phase and have six care places. The patients are cared for by employees in teams consisting of attendants, nurses, counsellors, psychologists and doctors as well as medical secretaries.

As a nurse, you are part of psychiatric care. This can mean supportive conversations, psychoeducation, a lot of collaboration with parents and looking after each child's unique needs. Documentation is also included in the journal system VAS. The care is provided in close collaboration with the child and youth psychiatric outpatient care, social services and children's medicine in the county.

Information about the service
Full-time permanent employment with working hours day, evening and weekend. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
