We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with responsibility for the target architecture for the data warehouse within Sussa BI, which is a new virtual collaborative organization with the task of managing and further developing nine regions' common data warehouse. The position forms part of the tactical management of the team that is now being established. Sussa BI is part of Sussa samverkan, a collaborative organization where nine regions work together to contribute to Swedish healthcare reaching the goals in the government's vision for e-health 2025. The collaboration between the nine regions is unique and work is currently underway with to develop and introduce a new, joint healthcare information support. In order to take care of the opportunities to jointly develop an output capability, the regions within the Sussa collaboration have developed a platform and solution, a data warehouse, to take care of the information in the healthcare information system. The work is still ongoing and the solution will be put into operation at the same time as the regions put the healthcare information system into production. Sussa BI is the management and delivery organization that will manage and further develop the common platform and solution that each region will then put into operation in their regional environment. For more info: We are looking for We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education such as computer engineer, systems scientist or other education that the employer deems relevant, or equivalent documented work experience. To succeed in the mission you must • Have long and broad experience in Data warehouse strategy, architecture and development • Have experience of platform responsibility within Data Warehouse • Have knowledge of SQL • Have good knowledge of data warehouse architecture and development • Have good knowledge of the MS BI platform Meritorious is that • Have several years of experience in the design/architecture of complex BI solutions and data modeling according to Kimball • Have experience with release management of Data Warehouse • Have several years of experience with Microsoft's BI platform • Have knowledge of tabular models • Have knowledge in release management • Have knowledge of security solutions within pseudonymisation, logging and authorization control You get to work with this As BI Architect responsible for the target architecture for Sussa data warehouse, you will have overall responsibility for architecture, development method and data model in the data warehouse solution, as well as be responsible for platform and release issues. In addition, you will develop and realize strategies for the platform and the common data warehouse in the short and long term. The role corresponds to the functions data warehouse architect, platform manager and release manager. It is a position where you get to work driving and forward-looking in a unique collaboration with other colleagues within Sussa and the nine regions. You represent nine regions via our joint object Sussa BI in forums with regional representatives and owners of needs as well as the nearby object Sussa care support. Your responsibility includes managing, maintaining and further developing the target architecture for Sussa BI. You manage, plan and communicate plans and the release process to stakeholders and keep up to date with new technologies, tools and methods. This includes collaboration with other solution architects within Sussa and regionally as well as coordinating, supporting and training in architecture, platform and release issues. It also includes maintaining and further developing development manuals and frameworks, and you are expected to make decisions on architectural issues. You will, together with the responsible BI Manager, prioritize and plan what is to be developed and released. The organization will be established in the spring of 2024 and you will have the opportunity to be involved early on and influence how future teams will be formed.
