We are looking for you
We are looking for you who have obtained Swedish medical identification and who have not undergone Swedish AT. You must have very good oral and written communication skills in the Swedish language, which will also be assessed in the selection process. Clinical experience with good references can be meritorious.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities, as a person you have good self-awareness, empathy and cooperation skills. Furthermore, you have good knowledge, skills and attitudes as well as the ability to apply these within the medical profession.

BT in Region Norrbotten is a clinical introduction service within Swedish healthcare and aims to lay a good foundation for future specialist service. It is an independent, time-limited position, but with the goal of also contributing to finding our future ST doctors and specialist colleagues.
The position includes, in addition to a two-week introduction, clinical duty under supervision in general medicine (health center), emergency medical care, psychiatry and possibly another clinical placement. A total of 12 months of service. The duty plans of the blocks will be designed somewhat differently depending on the included clinical placements and duty stations within Region Norrbotten.
The service mainly consists of clinical work with continuous supervision and recurring structured competency assessments. In addition, recurring further training opportunities with the aim of achieving approved basic competence according to SoS regulations and target description for BT. On-call duty at the emergency department is included in the service.
BT services are located at Piteå, Kalix, Gällivare and Kiruna hospitals. The employment may include several places of employment.

Information about the service
We offer temporary full-time employment for 12 months. Entry 26 August or 25 November 2024.
Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
The application must contain a CV and contact details for at least two relevant references. It is important that you also send your Swedish medical identification. Please also attach relevant written letters of recommendation and service certificates.
