We provide forensic psychiatric care for patients throughout the county - join us in shaping the future of forensic psychiatry in Norrbotten! All adult specialist psychiatry in Norrbotten is organized within the division. The division has four areas of activity; The general psychiatric services in Piteå, Sunderbyn and Gällivare as well as County-wide forensic psychiatry. The business is located in Öjebyn outside Piteå. We are a forensic psychiatric unit with a total of 44 inpatient beds. Inpatient care consists of five departments, of which four departments fall under security class two and one department under security class three. In addition, there is an admission department (IA), which has room for eight patients. There are also two outpatient care teams at the clinic, which are responsible for a total of approximately 40 patients in compulsory outpatient care. You have broad experience in psychiatry and have a clear picture of what future forensic psychiatric care should consist of. You have good cooperation skills and clear communication. As a manager, you act in accordance with decisions and guidelines. As a business area manager, you need to be persistent, a strong culture bearer and have a conscious goal and results mindset in both planning and implementation. We are the only clinic in Norrbotten with remand status, which is why we also relieve the Prison Service with remands, arrestees and those sentenced to prison. The clinic also carries out a number of assignments for other regions. As operational area manager, you are expected to coordinate and lead the clinic's work in a targeted manner. The managerial role includes overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment and finances. You have unit managers and chief medical officers who help you carry out your mission. Your leadership is crucial to the clinic's continued success. In your role as operational area manager, you must stimulate the development of working methods and methods and you are responsible for the clinic's continuous improvement work. You lead the forensic psychiatry management team and have close cooperation with your operational area manager colleagues in the county. As business area manager, you report directly to the division manager. In the division's management team, you have an important role in the division's joint mission.
