For the position, we see that you have the following qualifications: - Trained assistant nurse with 200 points in psychiatry - You have other experience or knowledge deemed relevant to the role We consider it meritorious if you: - Has previous work experience in psychiatric care or addiction care - Is multilingual, as our patients have different backgrounds As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments and work environments. You work in a structured manner, prioritize and take responsibility for your work in an efficient manner. Furthermore, we see that you have clear communication with your surroundings and can adapt your way of communicating based on the target group and situation. You get to work with this We provide psychiatric care in Gällivare, Sunderbyn, Piteå, Öjebyn, Kalix, Kiruna and Boden. As a nurse, you can work in outpatient or inpatient care. Outpatient care mostly includes daytime work at reception and work in community psychiatry, while inpatient care includes work in care wards with varying working hours. Inpatient care is covered by addiction care, emergency psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. Within general psychiatry, work is carried out both in inpatient and outpatient care. The work as a nurse means that psychiatric nursing is in focus, which can also include somatic care and care of patients with addiction problems where patient-centered care and a holistic view are important starting points. Family and network work has a central function in our daily work, the participation and security of the patient and relatives is important. Documentation is an obvious part of the work, as well as being involved in the development of nursing work in the department.
