We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a trained sociologist, preferably with previous experience in counseling activities. It is an asset if you have CBT training stage 1 and/or psychodynamic training.

We place great importance on personal characteristics. As a person, you are self-motivated, flexible and structured. You cooperate well with others as you listen, communicate and resolve conflicts in a constructive way. You have a holistic view as you see wholes and take the larger perspective into account. You understand your role more and look to the best interests of the entire business in both actions and decisions.

You get to work with this
In psychosocial teams, you work cross-professionally together with occupational therapists, doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists and rehab coordinators. The duties include independent assessment and treatment work according to step-by-step care. You also collaborate with other curators/call handlers within our area of ​​operation. In the team, you meet patients with persistent mental health problems as well as mild to moderate psychiatric conditions

Information about the service
The position is a one-year temporary position starting September 1, 2024 and one year beyond. The working hours are scheduled daytime Monday-Friday and full-time. Appointment of a position can take place before the application deadline and appointment according to agreement.

Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
