The psychiatric treatment unit is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic. Here there are committed, helpful and caring employees with the best interests of the patients in focus. With us, there are various professional categories such as psychologists, doctors, nurses, sociologists, counselors, behavioral scientists, nurses, physiotherapists and rehab coordinators.

We are looking for
We are looking for you with basic psychotherapy training, with a focus on CBT or evidence-based psychotherapy and previous experience in psychological treatment. You must have basic education relevant to the position, such as sociologist, nurse or attendant. Merit is if you are a licensed psychotherapist, have further training in, for example, DBT, trauma treatment or other evidence-based methods/focuses. It is also advantageous if you have experience of working in specialized psychiatry or psychological treatment for co-morbidity or complex problems.

You must have a good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in the Swedish language. It is advantageous if you are proficient in additional languages, e.g. minority languages ​​or other languages.

You have good judgment as you value and see the benefit of cooperation with others. You are responsive and can adapt to others.

You get to work with this
In the role of therapist, you carry out, among other things, basic investigations and psychological treatment individually and in groups, both with the patient in the room and via various technical solutions. The treatment role also includes collaborating internally with other professional groups as well as with care neighbors and external businesses and authorities. At the clinic, cooperation and collaboration both internally and externally are an important part of the work.

The position is permanent, full-time, daytime. Interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
