We welcome a unit manager to Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) outpatient care in Piteå.

Child and adolescent psychiatry in Piteå is part of our county clinic in Region Norrbotten. As unit manager, you report to the operations manager within Child and Youth Psychiatry and are part of the operation's county management group. We have a close collaboration between our managerial colleagues and we lead together in most issues.

We are looking for
We are looking for you who have relevant college/university education in healthcare or other education that the employer deems equivalent. If you have experience of working in child and youth psychiatry, psychiatry or children's healthcare, it is advantageous. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience in a senior position with personnel, finance and work environment responsibility.

In the role of unit manager, you will support, guide, follow up and collaborate in an inspiring way to provide the best conditions for the business to deliver in our important social mission. You must have good judgment in prioritizing based on available information and the situation. In your leadership, you are clear, but also flexible and can easily adapt to a changing environment as you are expected to participate in the development journey that child and youth psychiatry is in. To thrive in the role as head of unit, we see that you have good leadership skills , when you lead and motivate others and create commitment and participation.

As unit manager for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Piteå, you lead the local work group with the support of team leaders and clinic assistants. In your role as unit manager, you lead and distribute the work at the reception based on the mission of the business. You work actively with competence provision, business development, patient safety and finances within your business. You work together with experienced and knowledgeable employees and managerial colleagues, as well as collaborate with other internal and external parties such as the region's municipalities. Information about the service
We offer you permanent employment in your professional field with a managerial appointment of three years. Access by agreement.

Based on the nature of the business and requirements for security, you as an applicant for our business must be prepared to provide extracts from the charge register.
