Welcome to strengthen our secretarial unit on pediatric medicine and habilitation, here seven medical secretaries work to document patient visits and other care administration for our two departments, medicine and habilitation reception. We are looking for We are looking for you who are a trained medical secretary, care administrator or you who are in your final year to become a medical secretary. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of medical terminology. It is advantageous if you have diagnostic training and knowledge of the VAS and Cosmic record systems. We place great importance on personal characteristics. You are flexible, structured and self-motivated and you have good cooperation skills as you are responsive and can adapt to others. You get to work with this As a medical secretary for pediatric medicine and habilitation, we offer you varied work. Duties consist of medical documentation, diagnosis coding and mail handling, there is an opportunity to learn register management in SNQ and document management in VIS. We have two inpatient care departments, one of which focuses on neonatal care, children's medicine reception, day care and children's rehabilitation. The medical secretaries have their offices here in Barnhuset at Sunderby Hospital, so you are always close to your colleagues.
