At Sanden's health centre, we are around fifty employees who are responsible for around 12,000 listed citizens. Four medical secretaries with experience in primary care and in good cooperation with each other and other employees at the health center are currently working here. Sanden's health center has won awards for its working environment and the good collaborative climate "is in the walls". We are looking for
We are looking for you if you have medical secretary/care administrator training. Knowledge of the office package, reception work, IHSAK, and editorial work are meritorious. We are looking for you who want to become part of our team and develop together with us. We would like to see that the applicant is a positive and service-oriented person. We value good cooperation, flexibility and a sense of responsibility. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

You get to work with this
Your main tasks are of course patient documentation, but as a medical secretary you have a very important function when it comes to other administrative tasks as well. You should be very familiar with VAS, as you will also act as user support for other employees on the unit. It is an advantage if you are already a VAS administrator when a very exciting time awaits ahead with the transition to our new journal system Cosmic in 2024. There you will have an important function both before and after implementation.

We offer you permanent full-time, daytime employment. Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
