Do you want to be involved in the development of our work with medical technology on a strategic level? Then we have an exciting service for you here at Region Norrbotten!

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- Relevant college or university education or equivalent and several years of experience in quality assurance and quality management systems
- Practical work with risk management and has good knowledge of applicable standards, for example ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 62366
- Worked with coordinating and implementing training initiatives
- Experience of carrying out change work at a strategic level and conveying the development work to the business
- Accustomed to carrying out training courses
- The position is placed in a security class, Swedish citizenship and an approved security clearance are a requirement for a valid employment contract

It is advantageous if you:
- Has knowledge and experience of working with the medical technical regulations such as the MDR
- Has several years of experience in qualified investigative work at a government authority and/or experience as a coordinator
- Has experience in the public sector as well as documentation of medical technology software and knowledge of medical technology regulations

As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments and work environments. You work structured, prioritize and take responsibility for your work in an efficient manner. You plan to set and meet deadlines. Furthermore, we see that you have clear communication with your surroundings and can adapt your way of communicating based on the target group and situation. You have an ability to act and make decisions in a considerate way and work long-term based on what is important for the business.

The role of Medical Technology Safety Coordinator includes the development of the strategic work within medical technology security.

In addition to this, the role includes, among other things:
- Work for different management systems
- Train and support the business with quality assurance work and risk management in medical technology
- Expert support in connection with the procurement of medical devices
- Responsible for the management system within the area

Information about the service
The position is a full-time permanent position located in Luleå. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. Access by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.

The service is placed in a security class, which means that a security assessment will be carried out in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) and the Security Protection Regulation (2018:658).

Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
