We are looking for
We are looking for you who is a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing and 5 years of experience in the profession. Merit is if you have specialist training in geriatrics, district nurse or emergency medical care. Knowledge of Finnish, Meänkieli and English as well as work in primary care or home health care.

Övertorneå health center is a business that is at the forefront of the conversion work towards Nára Vård. It is a business that consists of several competencies that all work together and have the patient at the center. Övertorneå health center is a so-called sparse rural health center, which means that in addition to the primary care mission, we also have emergency care and a care department with 7 general medical care places. We have good medical staff and have a well-functioning reception service.

You will be part of our Close care team. This means that you work to offer healthcare based on the individual's needs, where you assess and treat at home. You will mainly work within the regional health and medical care but also within the municipal. The work is based on offering the best possible care in the patients' homes for those who have difficulty visiting the health center on their own. You have planned visits and follow-ups as well as urgent ones. We are creative and adapt the care to our patients and their relatives as far as possible. We usually work alone with the patient, but always have doctors and nursing colleagues or other professional categories a phone call away or as a visitor in the team with the patient's home.

Information about the service
We offer you permanent full-time employment. Working hours: Monday - Friday day/evening may also become weekend duty in the future. Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
