We are looking for you who want to be an important cog in an exciting team building, where you work with and develop medical cancer care within hematology and palliative care.

We are looking for a registered nurse. We attach great importance to personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible. self-motivated and has good empathetic skills. You are service-oriented as you are calm, attentive and accommodating in your dealings with others.

Department 63 has 12 care places with the specialties Hematology, Palliative care.

The hematology unit at Sunderby Hospital has a county mission with a focus on the investigation and treatment of both hematological deficiency diseases as well as advanced treatment of malignant blood diseases, as well as care after stem cell transplantation.

Palliative care is the care given when cure is no longer possible. The palliative patients are often bothered by complex symptoms and need specialized palliative care, where we strive to provide optimal care and support.
We work in teams with doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, counsellors, hospital dental care, the hospital church and a palliative counseling team.

The position is permanent, night and full-time or by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
