We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, it is advantageous if you have previously worked with orthopedic diagnoses. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are self-motivated, initiative-taking and structured as you plan, organize and prioritize work effectively. You are creative as you have innovative thinking that can be put into practice and leads to results. You have good cooperation skills and work well in a group.

Orthopedics is a county clinic with operations in Piteå, Gällivare and Sunderbyn.

As a nurse at the orthopedic department in Sunderbyn, you will mainly work with patients who have acute injuries or problems in the musculoskeletal system. Some patients may have broken a leg on the ski slope or been involved in a traffic accident, while other patients fell at home and sustained a hip fracture or contracted an infection requiring amputation. This means that the patient clientele at the orthopedist is varied both in terms of age and underlying diseases.

We have a structured way of working with heart rate meetings, care weight measurement, clear routine documents and silent meetings. Improvement work is constantly underway, partly via our improvement board where everyone has the opportunity to make their voice heard, but also through the opportunity to own areas of responsibility. On a daily basis, we work with the Green Cross to detect risks in care, but also to follow up on how the staff's day has been, as we have a strong focus on a good working environment and that everyone should feel comfortable at work.

We offer a permanent position as well as a one-year temporary position, with the possibility of full-time relocation. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
