We are looking for a colleague for the Kalix health center, as one of our two talented occupational therapists has resigned to start working closer to home. Kalix health center is one of Region Norrbotten's largest with roughly 15,700 registered citizens. We are a committed and happy group of around 60 employees who together run a development-oriented health centre. We work in teams based on date listing. The teams include doctors, nurses, assistant nurses and medical secretaries. We also have physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, counselors and speech therapists.

We are looking for
We are looking for you who is a trained licensed occupational therapist. Driving license B is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience from VAS and experience working in primary care. We place great importance on personal characteristics. As a person, you are self-directed, structured and have good cooperation skills. You have good judgement, are self-motivated and can easily adapt to new situations. You are driven by a desire to learn and develop together with us.

Working with us means that you have an exciting, educational, varied and responsible assignment. We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. You are welcome to have a few years of experience in the profession and previous experience from primary care is advantageous. As a person, you must be flexible, creative, mature, have a good overall view and be independent. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

You need to be a flexible and accommodating colleague/employee. We assume that you have a very good ability to work in a team while you have the ability to work independently. Your tasks are to investigate and treat patients with different functional and activity abilities. Common conditions that occupational therapists encounter are people with cognitive impairment, impaired hand function, pain, stress problems. The work also includes prescribing some aids.

Information about the service
The service is for the time being 100%, working hours 08.00 - 17.00.
Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline
