We are looking for
We are looking for you who have an orthopedic engineering degree, a bachelor's degree in philosophy with the main field of orthopedic technology 180 credits. Furthermore, we see that you have knowledge in orthopedic technology, good computer skills and preferably also that you have experience working as an orthopedic engineer. It is advantageous if you have experience with prosthetic patients.

We place great importance on personal characteristics. We are looking for you who can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You are flexible and can adapt based on the needs of the business. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, have an interest and desire to help others. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and you enjoy working in teams.

As an orthopedic engineer with us, you work to improve the quality of life for people by improving their mobility and independence. We work with all types of orthopedic technical aids, from orthopedic shoes and inserts to prostheses and sit/stand aids. The basis for the business is our collaboration with other healthcare staff and the teamwork that is carried out within e.g. child/adult rehabilitation, orthopedic/neuro-rehabilitation and prosthetic clinics

Information about the service
The position is a full-time permanent position, daytime Monday - Friday. Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
