You get to work with this We are looking for someone who wants to work as a physiotherapist at the Rehabilitation medicine reception at Sunderby hospital combined with the Garnis Rehab center in Boden. Your main tasks in pain rehabilitation and stress rehabilitation will be assessment before rehabilitation, carrying out rehabilitation efforts individually or leading group activities. In the work, you will carry out physiotherapeutic tests before and after, for example, the operation of spinal cord stimulators and guide the person to continued physical activity. Work capacity investigations are part of the work, as well as working in the teams for neurological rehabilitation if necessary. In addition to the physiotherapist, the pain and stress team consists of an occupational therapist, a doctor, a nurse and a psychologist. We have a close interdisciplinary collaboration in the team. The rehabilitation takes place based on the unit's rehabilitation program and care program. Interventions are based on the patient's goals. We work continuously with development and improvement of our business. To us, participating in development work is an obvious part of the work. Neurocentrum has had a long-term investment in research and development for several years. The business has an R&D strategy and since 2019 an R&D council whose goal is to collect, generate and carry out new research in the area.
