The health center has a doctor's office, a general medical ward with 5 beds, X-ray, rehab and an ambulance station. We are looking for
We are looking for you who is a registered nurse who has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the Sami language. It is also advantageous if you have training in emergency healthcare and if you have experience in emergency healthcare and/or primary care. We also see it as meritorious if you have knowledge of the systems VAS, LifeCare and tTeleQ.

We place great importance on personal characteristics. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible and have a holistic view as you see the whole and take the larger perspective into account. You are stable and calm in stressful or pressing situations and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations.

You get to work with this
Jokkmokk's health center is a so-called sparsely populated health center with a doctor's and district nurse's office with planned visits and emergency services, maternity care, child health care, X-ray, light therapy, laboratory for sampling and a care department with 5 general medical care places. We also have rehabilitation with physiotherapists and occupational therapists. This means that you can follow the patient from the time he arrives by himself or by ambulance to reception and examination to admission to the General Medical Care Department. Since it is 10 miles to the nearest hospital, we take care of most problems around the clock, from small cuts to acute chest pains.

Information about the service
