The field of anesthesia/surgery/intensive care belongs to the Function Division and consists of two units in the county, Sunderby Hospital and Gällivare Hospital. For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications: - Secondary school education or equivalent education or knowledge that the employer deems equivalent - You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in the daily work It is advantageous if you have: - Good computer skills As a person, you are service-oriented, calm and accommodating in your approach. You find it easy to collaborate and have an interest in finding solutions that benefit your care colleagues and other staff. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your task while independently managing your work by organizing and prioritizing your tasks. You also find it easy to adapt to changing circumstances and can handle pressured and stressful situations with ease. Great emphasis on personality suitability You get to work with this As a service employee at Region Norrbotten, you will work with cleaning, cleaning treatment areas, transporting patients, helping customers and stocking up on consumables. You will also assist nursing staff in administrative and other work tasks. As the role is completely new for our unit, you will have great opportunities to shape your tasks and what should be prioritized based on the unit's needs. Probationary employment may be applied. The working hours are during the day, but in consultation with the head of the unit, there is the possibility of individually adapting the working hours for the right person.
