Älvsbyn's health center is a sparsely populated health center with approx. 40 employees. Our mission is multifaceted and based on that, we are all an important cog in the business. We are looking for We are looking for you who are specialist doctors in general medicine and who like development and collaboration. You need to be attracted by the variety that exists in the activities of a health center. We expect you to prioritize good treatment and actively work to develop relationships as well as be positive about developing the business. You work well in collaboration with others and contribute to a good working climate. Interest in training and supervision of training doctors and students is important. You must have authorization to work in Swedish healthcare and knowledge of Swedish equivalent to C1 level. Additional language skills are meritorious. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and as a person you are self-motivated, proactive and structured. It is also important that you have a good overall view and see the benefit of collaborating with others. You get to work with this As a General Practitioner at Älvsbyn's health center, you get to use all of your skills and develop based on the diversity of patient cases. We work as a team and our watchword is together!. In the assignment, you meet patients of all ages with various health-related problems that are assessed and treated in the team. The work includes following patients' health problems over time and also weighing the patient's life situation into the assessment. You will be responsible for a geographical area linked to our health centre. Supervision of students, training doctors and other employees at the health center is part of the assignment. We work with both physical and digital visits. We have a close collaboration with the municipality and its home health care as well as nursing homes. You will also be part of a team that is on duty at the emergency center at Piteå hospital, currently there are about 2-3 shifts per month and these are distributed among all the health center's doctors.
