We are a smaller health center in Luleå with approximately 4,500 listed patients where we are a group of committed and experienced employees. In addition to two permanently employed district doctors, we also have district nurses, laboratory operations and BVC. We also have a well-functioning psychosocial team in place with a care coordinator, counselor/CBT therapist and occupational therapist/rehab coordinator. Nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD and hypertension are also on site, together with experienced medical secretaries. We are a positive and pleasant workplace where everyone supports each other. We are now looking for additional district doctors to enable a continued good working environment and develop the business.

We are looking for you who is a specialist in general medicine and wants to work in a smaller unit with short decision-making paths and the opportunity to influence the business. Merit is experience with VAS and/or Cosmic as well as experience and interest in supervising training doctors and students. Great importance is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you have a holistic view, empathic ability and value and see the benefit of cooperation with others. You take responsibility for your task and structure your work and work independently. You act, speak out and make decisions in a considerate and well-thought-out manner. Make considerations and priorities based on available information.
You get to work with this
Your duties consist of the entire breadth of general medicine with reception work both emergency and planned, including work with the municipality's home health care and care and long-term care homes. There is also the possibility of having a BVC reception and being a supervisor for AT or ST doctors. The work is independent, but still takes place in close collaboration with other professional categories at the reception, and includes both physical and digital working methods. We strive for a good work environment, and you will have your own list but can also have greater responsibility in some area if there is interest. You will also be an important part of our development work of our working methods and the change work towards good and close care. On-call and preparedness work is part of the joint on-call operations for Luleå primary care.

Information about the service
We offer you permanent full-time or part-time employment by agreement. The working hours are set to weekdays during the day and with occasional on-call/emergency duty in the evenings/weekends at the Call Center in Luleå. Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
