We are looking for the following roles for Region Norrbotten:

Process developer
In the role of process developer, you will get to work with developing real estate processes and working methods. "Order & Tidy" is a watchword for us, which this role should give properties the opportunity to achieve. Responsible for property procurements and that procurement plans are drawn up and followed is one of the important tasks. Meritorious if you have an education in contract law and have worked with such issues in practice.

Project manager
In the role of project manager, you will get to work with everything from small to large complex construction projects where you will be involved in the entire process from idea to delivery. You will work in close collaboration with managers, tenants, care operations, consultants, contractors and authorities. You will also work with preparing internal calculations, take care of the budget, decision documents, request documents and participate in procurements.

Property engineer, installations and technical systems
In the role of property engineer, you will work with optimization, maintenance and operation of the properties' technical systems. You also have to work with investigations for technical components, ensure the requirements for energy efficiency, energy performance, participate in tenders, take care of operating finances and lead technical development projects.

Installation Coordinator
In the role of installation coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring various aspects of installation projects as well as coordinating the installation of various technical systems and components within construction projects, this includes everything from plumbing and electrical systems to security systems. You will have a very important role in our projects, as the installations make up a large part of the project costs, a person with good knowledge in technical matters is required to control and lead the coordination of installations.

Information about the service
The position is a full-time permanent position with placement according to agreement. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. Access by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
