We are looking for the following roles for the summer for Region Norrbotten: Financial assistant As a financial assistant in financial support, you work with administration and support linked to invoices, grants and payments. The duties include, among other things, registration and quality assurance of incoming and outgoing invoices, administration of customer and supplier registers, disbursements and payments. The work is governed by deadlines and decisions are made based on regulations. You will work both independently and in a group, always with quality and efficiency in focus. Receptionist As a receptionist at Region Norrbotten, you mainly work at the reception where you receive patients and customers who visit the unit. You are responsible for answering questions from visitors and patients, registering visits, taking payments, mail handling, ensuring that all visitors receive high-quality service as well as other administrative tasks that are important for the unit to be run. Caretaker As a janitor at Region Norrbotten, you will get to work cleaning all the hospital's spaces & departments. You will be in charge of the daily cleaning, which includes general cleaning, window cleaning, final cleaning operation, machine operation, infection cleaning and more. Kitchen assistant As a kitchen assistant at Region Norrbotten, you will work with preparing and serving meals. You will have daily contact with patients and customers, which places high demands on your service awareness. The work also includes food handling, daily maintenance of the kitchen and food orders. Hospital transporter As a hospital transporter at Region Norrbotten, you will primarily work with transporting patients to and from the operating room. You will also work with transporting materials, beds and samples based on needs and demand from departments. The work also includes helping with various cleaning tasks Service employee As a service employee at Region Norrbotten, you will work with cleaning, cleaning treatment areas, transporting patients, helping patients and customers, stocking up on consumables, providing security, support and comfort to relatives and supporting healthcare staff in various tasks. Window cleaner As a window cleaner at Region Norrbotten, you will clean windows around the hospital. The role will be varied and you will meet a lot of customers and persona in the daily work, which will place high demands on your service awareness. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the positions can be filled before the application deadline, access according to agreement.
