We are looking for you who have a high school education with knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Office 365, experience in administration and work management or team management. Great importance is placed on personal qualities. You are safe, stable and have self-awareness. You take responsibility for your task and structure your work and work independently. You express a positive attitude towards your work, the business and/or the organisation.
You get to work with this
As a team leader, you will work closely with the employees in the operations as well as the unit manager. You will be one of three team leaders in Närservice Gällivare with whom you will have a close collaboration. You will also participate in networking meetings with our process developers and other team leaders in our area of operation.
The activities you will be team leader for are central treasury, patient hotel, janitorial and staff housing. 12 employees work in these operations.
Depending on your skills and strengths, you have good opportunities to design the position together with the unit manager. You will take care of, among other things, sick and healthy notifications, take out substitutes if necessary, orders, invoicing, handling and registration in various systems, administration, quality assurance of routines and be helpful to the operations & unit manager in various matters.
