We are looking for We are looking for you with the ability and interest to lead, organize and develop the County Dietitian Unit. The work as unit manager requires good administrative skills and you are skilled at expressing yourself in writing and orally. You can create a holistic view, where you understand your role but look out for the best interests of the entire business in actions and decisions. You have college/university education in healthcare or equivalent education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is advantageous if you have previous experience of working in a senior position and leadership training. You get to work with this The unit is a county unit with dietitian clinics at the county's five hospitals and in primary care in Luleå. We work with hospital departments and receptions as well as health centers and home health care. The dietitian provides individual dietary treatment for both children and adults. As head of unit, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment and finances. You coordinate and lead the unit's work in a goal-oriented manner where the employees' competence, commitment and participation are taken into account. The business is spread across the county and therefore it is important to be able to manage your employees with a holistic perspective when distributing tasks and staffing. You work closely with your managerial colleagues and are part of an inclusive management group with a focus on operational and management issues where your contribution is important. The position is full-time with placement mainly at Sunderby Hospital but travel in the county is included. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. Access by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual wage setting according to collective agreements.
