Företaghälsan is Region Norrbotten's internal company health care and constitutes an impartial supporting expert resource in work environment for the Region's managers and employees. The overall aim of the work is to support the Region's operations to prevent and eliminate health risks and create attractive and sustainable workplaces. 14 competent employees work here in the fields of medicine, technical, organizational and social work environment and ergonomics.

Corporate health has the competence to describe the connections between work environment, organization, productivity and health as well as carry out work-life oriented rehabilitation in order to fulfill the joint mission of the business - to enable the development to create the best health and care of the future.

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- Has an academic degree relevant to the position, alternatively an academic degree in another field combined with experience from the field that the employer deems equivalent
- Knowledge of systematic work environment work
- Knowledge of physical work environment & impact on health
- Knowledge of risk assessment and risk investigation methods
- You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in the daily work
- Good computer skills
- B- driving license

It is meritorious if:
- Has knowledge of mapping and assessment based on occupational hygiene measurements
- Has knowledge of building-related ill health
- Has the habit of holding training in the work environment area
- Knowledge of investigation & analysis of occupational injuries and illness

As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments and work environments. You work structured, prioritize and take responsibility for your work in an efficient manner. Furthermore, we see that you have clear communication with your surroundings and can adapt your way of communicating based on the target group and situation. You get to work with this
As a work environment engineer at Region Norrbottens Företagshälsa, you will get to work with preventive and remedial measures at organizational, group and individual level.

You will work consultatively based on your profession and support and contribute to the development of systematic work environment work within various businesses. In your role, you will work independently but also together with other professionals within Corporate Health and the organization.

Furthermore, you will work with training efforts regarding systematic work environment work as well as support the activities regarding the fulfillment of authority requirements, laws and regulations. You carry out occupational hygiene examinations/measurements, mapping and risk assessment in areas such as noise, lighting, indoor climate, chemical handling and vibrations. As a work environment engineer with us, you will gain broad knowledge and competence in the field.

Information about the service
The position is a full-time permanent position located in Luleå. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. There will be travel in the service. Access by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline.

In order to be considered for the recruitment process, you need to attach a diploma or equivalent grade.
