Kommunalmedisinsk senter Ringsaker (KMS) is responsible for providing health and care services to all residents of Ringsaker municipality. The department provides treatment before, instead of and after hospital stays. We have a total of 60 short-term places. KMS 1st floor has 30 places and provides treatment in the areas of palliative care, rehabilitation and municipal acute inpatient beds (KAD). KMS 2nd floor has 30 places in the areas of everyday coping, rehabilitation and palliation / palliative care.

We are an interdisciplinary team composed of doctors, professional development nurses, specialist nurses, nurses, nursing students, health professionals, post hosts, physiotherapists and occupational therapists who together will provide our patients with sound health services. Tasks:

• Be the common thread in the department's operations and working day
• Interdisciplinary collaboration externally and internally
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings in the department
• Be a driving force and contribute actively in the operation of the department and the company's development, project work, implementation processes, improvement and quality work in collaboration with other resource persons
• Ensure patient pathways and patient safety through processes, routines, goal conversations and collaboration meetings
• Be responsible for and provide internal professional training in collaboration with the department's resource groups
• Guidance of employees, students, new employees, trainees, etc.m.
• Complete tasks in line with the company's annual cycle
• Be a resource person for electronic patient records, currently EPR (Profile) and other relevant professional systems
• Turnus planning / hiring in collaboration with the head of department
• Medicine and product ordering
