Other Home Services is responsible for providing home-based health and care services for users under the age of 67. Currently, this involves users under the age of 60, who have injuries from major accidents or other challenging medical and psychological conditions. These users have healthcare professionals with them in the form of a 24-hour arrangement, with one-to-one staffing. The department is concerned that users should be able to live their lives in the way they want and need, so that they experience everyday coping in relation to their condition.

Other Home Services is a separate department under the Home Service. The Home Service focuses on providing users with high-quality services and facilitating comprehensive care at all stages of life. We focus on prevention and coping, and our employees are our most important resource in achieving this. Our vision is to be "Norway's best home care service".

We are now looking for temporary workers in our department with education as a nurse/protective nurse/health care worker, you can be a student in health care, or be an assistant with long-term experience from work in the health care system

Temporary workers are assigned shifts in rotation after planning holidays and are called in at short notice during sick leave. We also have both short-term and long-term temporary assignments. Further information about this will be provided at interview. Applicants are continuously called in and appointed as temps in the department as they apply for the position. We are looking for employees who can work both day, evening and night.

There is attendance in the user's home. It will vary whether you are responsible for one or two users on your shift. But basically, the shifts in Other Home Services are calm, and you will have plenty of time to give the users good care based on their needs. This is therefore a job that can easily be combined with another main employer.

It is desirable that temps can work with all users in Andre Hjemmetjenester.

Qualifications:

• Authorization as a nurse/protective nurse/health worker
• Students in health sciences
• Assistant with broad experience from the health service
• Good digital skills
• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
• Driver's license class B

Work tasks

• Services in the home based on the user's needs. This may involve light practical assistance, guidance and activation of users
• Ensure that granted services / decisions are given in line with current legislation and the municipality's and the municipality's and the department's objectives
• Implement environmental measures and work with confidence-building measures
• Contribute with good relationships and motivation for users to experience coping and a good quality of life
• Medication management
• Document in our systems Profile and EQS
• Perform tasks performed by the Head of Department and Professional Development Nurse

• Assistant, st.code 6572: From NOK 397,000 to NOK 494,200.
• Student nurses and social work nurses, job code 6572: From NOK 390,000 to NOK 410,000.

• Aut. Health professional, job code 7077: From NOK 452,500 to NOK 528,300.
• Aut. Nurse, job code 6455: From NOK 547 600,- to NOK 671 200,-.
• Aut. Nurse, job code 7174: From NOK 547,600 to NOK 671,200.

Other:

Use of own car in the service will be compensated in accordance with the travel regulations (SGS 1001, §4). Employees who drive more than 1,500 km per year using a private car for business purposes will receive compensation in addition to the normal mileage allowance.
