Other Home Services is responsible for providing home-based health and care services for users under the age of 67. Currently, this involves users under the age of 60, who have injuries from major accidents or other challenging medical and psychological conditions. These users have healthcare professionals with them in the form of a 24-hour arrangement, with one-to-one staffing. The department is concerned that users should be able to live their lives in the way they want and need, so that they experience everyday coping in relation to their condition.
Other Home Services is a separate department under the Home Service. The Home Service focuses on providing users with high-quality services and facilitating comprehensive care at all stages of life. We focus on prevention and coping, and our employees are our most important resource in achieving this. Our vision is to be "Norway's best home care service".
We are now looking for temporary workers in our department with education as a nurse/protective nurse/health care worker, you can be a student in health care, or be an assistant with long-term experience from work in the health care system
Temporary workers are assigned shifts in rotation after planning holidays and are called in at short notice during sick leave. We also have both short-term and long-term temporary assignments. Further information about this will be provided at interview. Applicants are continuously called in and appointed as temps in the department as they apply for the position. We are looking for employees who can work both day, evening and night.
There is attendance in the user's home. It will vary whether you are responsible for one or two users on your shift. But basically, the shifts in Other Home Services are calm, and you will have plenty of time to give the users good care based on their needs. This is therefore a job that can easily be combined with another main employer.
It is desirable that temps can work with all users in Andre Hjemmetjenester.

Use of own car in the service will be compensated in accordance with the travel regulations (SGS 1001, §4). Employees who drive more than 1,500 km per year using a private car for business purposes will receive compensation in addition to the normal mileage allowance.
