Andre Hjemmetjenester provides home-based health and care services to users under the age of 67. Our users have complex medical and/or psychological challenges. Some users have also been exposed to major accidents. The services are provided in the form of one-to-one staffing in a 24-hour arrangement, which allows for close follow-up, high professionalism and relationship building over time.

Other Home Services is a separate department under Home Services. We are concerned that our users should be able to live their lives the way they want and need to, with a focus on coping, self-determination and quality of life. Our vision is to be "Norway's best Home Service", and we achieve this by investing in quality, comprehensive care - and not least our employees.

We are looking for 3 committed health professionalse for a permanent night shift position in 59.15%, starting immediately.

The service is organized as a one-to-one follow-up of a child with tracheostomy, where the workplace is the child's home. The child has extensive and complex assistance needs and the service aims to ensure necessary, sound and dignified health and care services.

Tasks:

• Continuous observation of the child at night with the use of necessary aids
• Conducting necessary care and measures related to tracheostomy
• Other care measures when needed
• Documentation in line with current routines

Qualifications:

• Authorized health care worker
• Experience from working with tracheostomy and/or children is an advantage, but not a requirement
• The applicant must thrive on working alone and be confident in making their own professional assessments
• Good Norwegian skills, both oral and written

• Personal suitability will be particularly emphasized

Other information

• Police certificate must be presented before starting
