Job responsibilities for childcare providers:

• Participate in daily routines, according to the individual daycare center’s wishes and needs
• Carry out planned educational programs and contribute to the children’s development and enjoyment
• Plan and carry out various themes and activities
• Guide and support the children and contribute to a positive learning environment
• Contribute to good cooperation with parents

Qualifications:

• Possess good communication and collaboration skills
• Can work independently and purposefully, but also as part of a team
• Is committed, motivated, and takes initiative
• Enjoys physical activity

Personal suitability for the position will be emphasized. 

For all positions:

Annual salary for a full-time position:
Childcare worker without a vocational certificate, job code 6572: From 418,600 to 515,800.
Childcare Worker with vocational certificate, job code 7517: from 475,300 to 551,100.
