We are now looking for a committed and professionally strong nurse in a 100% permanent position during the day for Other Home Services in Ringsaker municipality.

Andre Hjemmetjenester is responsible for providing home-based health and care services for users under the age of 67. Our users live in their own homes and have injuries from major accidents or other mental and medical conditions. These users receive healthcare services in the form of 24-hour arrangements, with one-to-one staffing. The department is committed to enabling users to live their lives in the way they want and need to, so that they experience everyday coping in relation to their condition.

As a nurse with us, you will have varied and meaningful work, where you work closely with users. Your place of work will mostly be at Tømmerli, but travel to the users' homes elsewhere in the municipality will occur. You will be responsible for health professional assessments, planning and implementation of nursing tasks in line with legislation, the municipality's procedures and the service's objectives.

The position also has responsibility as a message manager in Other Home Services, with the main task of ensuring quality, overview and correct handling of electronic messages according to current routines in the Home Service.

Work tasks:

General nursing tasks

  • Comprehensive mapping and follow-up of users with various health challenges
  • Perform and quality-assure nursing procedures
  • Contribute in interdisciplinary collaboration with GPs, specialist health service and internal services
  • Guidance and professional support for colleagues, trainees and students
  • Contribute to documentation in accordance with applicable legislation, professional requirements and the municipality's quality system
  • Participate in professional development work and help to further develop the service

Responsibilities as notification manager:

As a message manager, you follow the procedure in the Home Service for receiving, assessing and following up electronic messages. The role involves:

  • Daily review and coordination of electronic messages in the professional system
  • Prioritization of urgency and forwarding of messages to the right professional
  • Quality assurance that messages are handled within given deadlines and in line with procedures
  • Contact with GPs, hospitals and other partners as needed
  • Violation management and reporting related to message flow

Qualifications:

  • Authorization as a nurse
  • Good digital skills
  • Experience from Home Care is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian
  • Driver's license class B

Annual salary in 100% position: Nurse, official job code 7174: From NOK 547,600 to NOK 639,400. The annual salary includes a local recruitment supplement (as of 1.10.2024) of NOK 25,000.
