Supported services consist of a work and training center (AO), 22 residential communities, respite care for adults and a nursing home. The services are mainly aimed at people with intellectual disabilities, functional impairments and complex needs and are provided in Moelv, Brumunddal, Brøttum, Helgøya and Nes. The administration is located in Brumunddal. We want to focus on prevention and coping, and our employees are the most important resource for succeeding with this.

We are looking for:

Authorized Care Nurse for 100% annual substitution in the Facilitated Services unit, currently working at AO center Parketten, Brumunddal. The position is daytime work with 37.5 hours working week.

AO provides offers of work, activity and training to disabled people of working age. We have 25.4 full-time equivalents and provide services to approx. 80 users. Our business is spread over 2 locations.

AO service operates its own shop and canteen. In addition, we work with ceramics, woodwork, weaving, textiles, wood production, outdoor groups and activity groups that emphasize individual adaptation. Tasks:

  • Perform tasks in line with the content of the service and the unit's daily operations.
  • Document in the professional systems Profile and EQS in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Follow up measures in accordance with legislation and decisions.
  • Work in line with the current job description.
  • Advise colleagues on professional issues and contribute to good interdisciplinary cooperation.
  • Map and assess the service needs of users.
  • Organize and follow up on daily tasks and measures.
  • Collaborate closely with the professional developer and manager.
  • Contribute to professional development, innovation and updating in the field.
  • Work systematically according to the principles of targeted environmental work.
  • Collaborate with relatives and other partners.

Qualifications:

  • Authorization as a social worker. Students with expected authorization in the summer of 2026 are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good ICT skills.
  • Competence and experience working with people with various disabilities and complex needs.
  • Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian.
  • Knowledge of the Health and Care Services Act, Chapter 9.
  • Driver's license class B with manual transmission

Annual salary in 100% position: social worker, off. stkode 6455 : From NOK 547.600,- to NOK 639.400,-.
