Fagerlund School is a team-organized primary school with about 530 pupils and around 100 employees. We are looking for four committed and relationship-strong teachers for 100% annual substitute teaching positions, from 01.08.2026 - 31.07.2027.

Tasks:

• Teaching responsibility in line with the curriculum
• Contact teacher responsibility for a group of pupils
• Active participation in teamwork related to the planning, implementation and assessment of teaching
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and learning-promoting school environment
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents and other partners

We are looking for people who:

• Have very good relationship skills and the ability to create safe, clear and trusting relationships with students and adults
• Have teaching skills in one or more of the basic subjects mathematics, English and Norwegian
• Is a clear and warm class leader with high expectations for pupils' learning
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes positively to teams and professional communities
• Is stable, reliable and professionally aware, and wants to make a long-term contribution to the school's development work

Qualifications:

• Approved teacher training in accordance with current requirements
• Relevant teaching skills in Norwegian, English and/or mathematics
• Good skills in Norwegian, both oral and written
• Personal suitability will be given great weight
