The Fagernes, Fossen and Moelv kindergartens unit is located in Ringsaker municipality and consists of three kindergartens with a total of 11 departments. The kindergartens work closely together and have both common goals and common focus areas. It is important to us that all children feel safe, seen, included and feel that they belong in the community. We focus on good relationships, friendship, cooperation and respect. Early intervention and inclusion in children's language development is also a focus area.

Fagernes, Fossen, Moelv kindergartens are looking for a pedagogical leader for a 100% permanent position, starting 03.08.2026

We are looking for you who are passionate about children's development, play and learning, and who want to contribute to an inclusive and developing kindergarten environment in our kindergartens. The workplace is currently Moelv kindergarten.

Tasks:

• Lead and develop the educational work in the department
• Work in line with the framework plan and current guidelines
• Plan, implement, evaluate and document educational content and activities
• Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive play and learning environment
• Participate actively in the kindergarten's management team and development work
• Supervise and collaborate well with other staff
• Ensure good cooperation with parents, parents, guardians and relevant partners
• Maintain the children's individual needs while contributing to the holistic development of the group of children

Desired qualifications:

• Approved education as a kindergarten teacher
• Good Norwegian language skills, both oral and written
• Good digital skills

Annual salary 100% position: Pedagogical leader st. code 7637: From NOK 553 100,- to NOK 644 900,-.
