About us

Tilrettelagte tjenester provides health and care services to people with intellectual disabilities in Ringsaker municipality. The service consists of a work and training center (AO), 22 residential communities, respite care for adults and nursing homes. We provide services in Moelv, Brumunddal, Brøttum, Helgøya and Nes, with administration located in Brumunddal.

About the position

We are looking for a authorized social worker in a 100% permanent position, currently at Fagerlundvegen bofellesskap in Brumunddal.
The bofellesskap provides services to 6 residents and 5 outdoor users. The position is included in turnus with long shifts and work every 3 weekends.

Tasks

As a social worker with us, you will, among other things:

• Have professional responsibility and goal and action responsibility
• Map, assess and follow up service needs in accordance with decisions and legislation
• Document and follow up measures in Profile and EQS
• Supervise and support other staff
• Collaborate closely with relatives and various professional environments
• Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of services
• Facilitate good everyday lives with a focus on coping and quality of life
• Perform delegated tasks from superiors, including medication management
• Provide transportation to and from work and activities

Qualifications

• Authorized social worker, students (with expected authorization summer 2026) are also welcome to apply.
• Experience with and interest in working with people with complex needs and / or challenging behavior
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Good Norwegian skills, both oral and written
• Good ICT skills
• Driver's license class B (manual)
